What are the ranks of the csm?

Depends on the Legion/traitor chapter. Aspiring champions seem to be the equivalent of sergeants, and Lords the equivalent of captains. In the Iron Warriors, their captains/lords are called Warsmiths. I don't know if there's a comprehensive guide anywhere, but their rank system seems to work similarly to how any other military's system works.
