In 'Nids 5th Edition while talking about Fleet Gorgon it briefly mentions the Imperium commencing the "Iron Hammer" campaign, the largest Imperial action against the Tau, believing them to be weak; now is this referring to the Damocles Crusade or is it alluding to something coming in Tau 5th edition?

This is New Background never mentioned begore as IIRC the person in command was arriving 150yrs late for the Damocles Crusade.
