The list looks very solid. I would perhaps change the infernus pistol on the Sanguinary Guard, since a lone gun isn't going to do much with 3" melta range. I would change it to another power weapon (or power fist if you can find the points) on the vanguard for more hitting power in the assault after they deepstrike. There are a noticable amount of killpoints to be found in squishy IC's, but they do make the rest of your army harder to kill especially with low AP shooting due to FNP. I would myself avoid to upgrade the Priests too much, since they will be the first thing to die in CC, because they only have 1W, T4 and IC status so they can be singled out.
I think theese are the only things I would change since overall the list looks very solid.

The power weapon is a solid choice for the three priests, 4 attacks when charging, WS5, S5 @ I5... It really adds some ooomph to your unit. I think each assault squad should have a power fist, that combined with the priest and you can score a good # of kills with these units.

I would drop the sanguinary guard and replace them with an honor guard, you can get them with jump packs and 4 melta for 205pts or 4 flamers for 185. I reckon overall they will be more effective and less of a points sink as they can come in and stop that land raider or roast those genestealers. Also they have an extra blood chalice omnomnom
So that will give you some points to upgrade the vanguard vets to make them more killy.
Hope this helps.

Keep the comments coming! Automatically Appended Next Post: There is 2 PW's in the vanguard as the Sgt comes equipped with one.

Drop Blood Lance. It sucks. It really does. I'm not joking. You should take Sanguine Sword or Unleash Rage, they're much better.

I agree with Grim on Blood Lance, just not the reason for it
Blood Lance has it's place, but with all of the rule headaches it can cause I can see it being a hindrance. Also, you have an "at range" power already in the shield of sanguinius, which you should be using as your squads close to your enemy. I'm a big believer in having a "shooty" power and a CC power, since your librarian will only be able to fire one power off a turn. If you use an at ranged attack your squads will be minus a cover save if left in the open (unlikely if positioned well, but go with me here ). Unleash Rage is a popular choice for CC, followed by Sanguine Sword and then Might of Heroes for when you finally close on the enemy and no longer require the shield.

Personally, I'd drop the infernus pistol in the SG, drop the PW on the priests, as well as one of the priests. 12'' of movable bubble is mor ethen enough for 1500 point range, 3 is overkill and will be overlapped and wasted a lot. The reasoning behind taking the PW off of them is this; you never want them to actually swing in combat unless if things get sour. After my first two games of having them picked out in CC because not only were they 1W buffing units but they had a power weapon first rounds of combat, which was incredibly frustrating. So since then, I run them at the back of my units so they rarely get to actually see CC until maybe 2nd round of combat if the enemy squad lasts long enough. 75 points for mobile bubbles is a good price to be paid, and is well worth it enough on it's own without a PW.
This would net you 130 points to play around with, which can be put into a number of things :
If you are absolutely sold on the libby, take a second one with more variable abilities. So you can have one to be more of a protector / counter charging roll and the other for your primary up in your face CC roll. So one with Unleash / Shield, and the other with Sword / Fear. This way your libby with sword / fear will generally stay back until 2nd wave of a charge, can throw some fears around and bring that STR 10 that might be needed if a unit gets held up in combat.
Or- you can drop the Libby for Dante. He's rather overlooked as an HQ choice, where really he's a great unit and is especially worthwhile if you're using SG. He makes them scoring, practically cripples most other HQ choices with his debuff. Has a death mask, and is a CC beast. (Maybe not as beastly as Mephiston, but I'd put him 2nd.) His squad doesn't scatter with DS, which can be used with one of your melta squads to make sure they melt something when they land, which offers a lot of tactical flexibility. And he gives his squad hit and run- which a SG with Dante and a priest that can hit and run to take advantage of FC is rather frightening. The remaining 40 points could be spent into upping your PW in the assault squads to PF, and then another PW and some meltabombs in the VV squad.
Just my opinion, though. It looks fun.

The blood lance has helped me so many times. Try dropping a predator and a vindicator on the same turn!

Yeah, it's been done, with melta and lascannon. I'm not saying that Lance is a horrible power. . .well, maybe I am, but I am saying that there are better powers to take.

To each their own, I have had great success with the power, and I do realize that the other powers are good. If I ran a mech list, then blood lance would not be a power I would take.
