is it just me, or do the tervigons own? they're the same points as a carnifex. they are only S6 ut they breed 3D6 termagants per turn!
have 2 as HQ, along with three broods of temagnts as troops. for every termagant brood, you can have a tervigon as a troops, so have three more as troops! 5 tervigons in one army, breeding a total of 15D6 termagants a turn! OUCH.

JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.
corpsesarefun: Thank god I missed be nice to shrike day.
greenskin lynn: because of all the skittles and soda, you basically live off sugar water, like some sort of freakish human-hummingbird hybrid.

5 Termigons are expensive and detract from other elements that are on a 'need' basis for say an all-comers list.

They are cool, but do not carry the whole codex.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Not to mention if it rolls any double (not unlikely with 3 dice) it can't make any more termagants for the rest of the game.
Also, when it dies, each termagant broods within 6" suffers 3d6 S3 hits...

I can't remember the exact odds of a tervigon locking up but it isnt as high as you would think .. around 42 - 45 %.

Somewhere in south-central England.

About 44% on a single roll of 3D6 if you need a double.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.
