My space wolves come with a ton of wolf claws if that helps. Those could be easily made into lightning claws.

Chaos Termies don't come with them, assault termies do and WG termies come with some Wolfclaws/LC's (but I don't think 5 pairs, unsure tough).

Assault termies come with 5 pairs of LCs. The only plastic chaos LCs come in the terminator lord box.
