So, what is this? I plan on using this as a future Deamon Prince since it looks so good.

Looks like Inquistor range model converted to DP.

The wings on the back are from the current Bloodthirster, as are the axe, right hand, left hand and loin sash (or whatever that thing which hangs off the belt in front is called).

I don't know about the Space Marine bits, but Brother Ramses' suggestion is plausible.
