Use the carapace part with the spines, to represent the cluster spines/stinger salvo, the smaller scything talons in the lower arm sockets, and the crushing claws in the upper arm sockets or the larger scything talons, but make sure that the talons are cut at the wrist so that they look like they're supporting the momma-bug's weight. Use the former Enhanced Senses head, and use some of the Carnifex Frag Spines to give it extra mandibles. I'd recommend also cutting down the neck and using green-stuff to thicken up its neck, so it better resembles the picture in the codex.

Green stuff-wise, I'm pretty sure either Shep or Mahu have given a tutorial about how to do Tyranid ribs - you just have to just a tool to press in hollows between the ribs. Doing this, bulk out the Carnifex torso and perhaps use cut-off rippers to represent Termagant heads poking out between the bulked out torso ribbing. It's also a good idea to bulk out the pelvis with greenstuff, and here I recommend using some metal wire to connect the legs to the underlying plastic and then building up the greenstuff in between them.

In addition, make a green-stuff model using greenstuff and some of the Carnifex vents, to make additional vents to go down the Carnifexes' spine, as the picture of the Tervigon gives it three rows of vents.

Hey, the Tervigon on the GW site is mine, the conversion is actually really easy.

The trick is to make the thing bigger than the Carnifex. I used the flat piece of front carapace for the back, trimmed down and greenstuffed to add some length.

You can see it better here.

Use the Scything Talons as the front legs, and for the birthing sacs, anything round covered in greenstuff will work just fine...I've used wooden beads and foam birds' eggs before.

Good luck, hope I helped a little!

No problem man, I've debated on starting my own Tyranids myself after building these; my list would run 4 of these buggers

I biggerised a fex torso by gluing a length of sprue frame between each of the three torso sides, lining up the carapace edges. A lot of GS was then needed to fil the three joins, of course, but the result looks pretty good (although not as big as I'd personally like for a tervigon - it depends on how you'll do your egg-laying organs). I'd really like to biggerise the legs as well, but haven't worked out how yet.

Here is a 360 of one of my tervigons, before primer. Its easy to see the modelled parts and carnifex parts. I used grey stuff, instead of green stuff. The lighter grey is ofc the grey stuff. The apex of the tail is from the tyrant, but the rest is from the carnifex.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

That is great if possibly a little creepy modelling work.
