Rather than resurrecting my previous BA thread, figured might be better just to start again. Crunched the math out last night and here's what I came up with:

HQ:
Librarian: JP, Shield/Unleash Rage
Librarian: JP, Fear the Darkness/Unleash Rage

Troops:
Assault Squad (10 guys) x3: Meltagun x2, PF
Assault Squad (5 guys) x2: Meltagun

Dedicated Transport:
Razorback: TL HB, Dozer Blade
Razorback: LC/TL Plasmagun, Dozer Blade

Fast Attack:
Baal Predator x3: TL AC, HB sponsons, Dozer Blade

Heavy:
Predator x3: AC/LC sponsons

Elite:
Priests x3: 2x JP
Librarian Dreadnaught: Wings/Might of Heroes

May need to play around with the Librarian powers a bit, but I think the mentality works out. I'll have one JP assault squad behind the Baal predators/razorback wall with the Shield Librarian. Put the bare priest in the TL HB razorback with a 5 man assault squad to cover the free flying squad and other razorback (can someone please post the page where this is allowed? I want to have all my bases covered as best as possible). Figure that way both razorbacks have equal target priority (one with hefty guns, the other with priest). The other 2 assault squads are in reserve and will deep strike in combat squads (if not a killpoint mission). Meltagunners will attempt to pop tanks with DoA, while the other halves keep the JP priest to attempt to hold objectives as needed. The second Librarian will drop as well to hopefully fear a squad off an objective.

I guess my questions come down to are my librarian tactics optimal? I figured the shield librarian would help keep my on the board squad semi-protected if my opponent finds a way to get around my iron wall, but I think Fear the Darkness might be the better option. Would it be better to combat squad the on the board assault squad and then have both librarians on the board to fear? I also think Might of Heroes is the best choice on the dreadnaught, for if he gets tarpitted by say a gaunt squad, the more attacks the better.
