You really need to thin your paints. They look really thick and gloopy. At the very least use a wetter brush when painting. Your colors also look very flat - invest in some washes. Devlan Mud would make your golds look really nice, while Badab Black or Asurmen Blue could make your armor look deeper and richer.

Im impressed with the full and rich yellows you got (impossible colour to work with), but these photos dont bring out the painting very well. Like brother SRM said, you could thin the paint a bit, but I also see some nicely done details and think the quality/light of the pics bring the minis down.
But the converted stuff looks good. Its a shame GWs Thunder Hammer arm in the guard box dont work that well with the other action posed arms, but you took care of that problem

My favorite is the wolf priest but i don't like his helmet. Its hard to make out what it is (course i know but just saying)

I'm both orderly and rational. I value control, information, and order. I love structure and hierarchy, and will actively use whatever power or knowledge I have to maintain it. At best, I am lawful and insightful; at worst, I am bureaucratic and tyrannical.

Yea I know what you mean, I threw him together from some bitz and the only thing that didn't sit right with me was the skull, maybe I just need to highlight it a bit better or swap it for a wolf skull when I find a suitable sized one.

Y'know I can't improve on this advice nor can I expound on it. I find myself stumped and that makes me happy.
