My friends and i just picked up Dark Heresy, and we love it. We like to use 28mm figures to represent us, and I have a lot of the characters covered. There are a few that I would like to find models for, but I am having a hard time picking them out. I am looking for sci-fi style:

Heretical cultists.

An Arbitrator.

Civilians.

They do not have to be GW products. I don't mind doing simple conversions. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ganger range from Troll Forged Miniatures.

I also recommend getting the plastic ranges from WFB Empire and Brettonnia, combined with Imperial Guard bits they'd make great Dark Heresy figures! You might also want to check out of the =I=munda blogs out there!

Warmachine/Privateer press has some nice steam punkish minis with lots of character, maybe a bit flamboyant for RPG characters tho.
Necromunda is also a great source if you havnt looked there yet. Some bountyhunter or Delaque ganger ought to do the Arbitrator. Bretheren of the Redemptionists could doubble as Cultists
