Hey everyone just to let you all know this is my first ever battle report so it may be abit poor,
and ill appologise in advance for the poor photo quality its been a while since i used my camera and the light settings werent great so the focus on a few may be a bit out.
other than that it should hopefully be an ok report
oh and sorry some of the models arent painted!!!!
So anyway it was 1000pts of my E.C vs Chaos undivided, the army lists were as follows;
Emperors Children
H.Q; Deamon prince, mark of slaanesh, wings, lash of submission.

I win the dice off and chose to setup and go first.
the terrain is as follows;
i set up in my quater as instructed and infiltrate my chosen on the central terrain peice.
both armies deployed
Emperors children turn 1;
movement.
i advance with my deamon prince towards the nurgle
DP and move my one noise marine squad forward in there rhino, leaving the other on the objective. the unit on the objective's rhino moves forward a little in case support is needed. the chosen move through the cover towards the
DG rhino.

Shooting; the
DPS uses
LOS and pulls the DPN closer
the
NM on my home objective shoot all weapons at the DPN and infilict 2 wounds.
the chosen fire there meltaguna at short range on the plaguemarine rhino, penetrating on a 6 and getting a destroyed result, the insuing explosion kills 1 plaguemarine.
the supporting rhino full of noisemarines open fire on the newly visible plaguemarines and kill 1 more reducing their numbers to 6.

the
DPS charges the DPN and inflicts no wounds in a flurry of 1's (about right for my dice rolls)
and the DPN fails to even land one hit
all in all deamon prince pillow fight.
both deamon princes apparently asleep on the job (perhaps the woundless combat is because there not actually in base to base?)
CSM turn 1
movement, DPN casts warptime sucsessfully, the plaguemarines move towards the chosen. no other movement.
shooting, angry at the chosen destroying there slimewaggon the plaguemarines fire back causing no damage. followed by a volley of shots from the black legion causing 3 wounds and killing 2 chosen :(
the obliterators open up on the rhino with 3 lascannons and luckilly for me only imobilize it. no other shooting.
Close combat, the plaguemarines charge the chosenbut strike 2nd
chosen and deathguard locked in combat
after killing all but the champion wielding a power fist the nurgle fight back killing one chosen
the deamon prince combat was abit more lively this time with the
DPS causing one wound and the DPN causing 2 i then fail my fearless save and both princes are reduced to 1 wound :S.
Emperors Children turn 2.
reserves. my
GD arrives popping the chosen champion and setting his sights securely on the enemy objectives and oblits held up inside.
Movement the spare Rhino moves up and parks next to the imobilised one my noisemarines then swap there broken tank for a fully functioning one. no other movement.
Taxi!
Shooting; angry at the oblits my
NM on my objective let of a blastmaster shot using the template mode of fire instant killing one.
no other units able to fire and so the turn goes to combat.
assault. sadly the
GD is in no position to assault and so we rejoin the deamon prince bash where finally my
DPS kills the DPN and consolidates into cover with only one fragile wound left. and allas my chosen icon bearer is no match for the T5 plaguechampion and gets squashed by his
PF, he then turns his focus to my
GD.
CSM turn 2
reserves 7 lesser deamons arrive and create a roadblock for my
GD
Movement the lone Plaguemarine advances for my
GD and the
CSM on his objective duck for cover after seing the
GD arrive. end of move
comence opperation get behind the rotting things
shooting; the
CSM shoot at my
GD and cause no wounds, however the oblits empty out a salvo of twinlinked plasma guns and destroy my injured deamon prince.
with no other shooting we go to assault
Close combat; the lesser deamons and nurgle champion charge my
GD, i strike simultaniously with the
LD but before the nurgle champ so i take him out before he can hit me with that fist.
my plan works and the majority of the
LD attaks fail to wound only causing 1 unsaved wound agains my
GD.

Emperors children turn 3
No movement.
Shooting, i pop out of the top of my rhino and fire 1 sonic blaster and one blastmaster at the oblits causing no wounds.
the blastmaster on my objective fires for the obliterators and fails to hit the mark!!
no further shooting so we go to combat.
my
GD manages to kill 1
LD before they all mob him and he loses 2 wounds and a further 1 when he fails his fearless save. just one left:(
CSM turn 3.
reserves And finnally the GDN arrives!
Movement the champion of the
CSM squad is popped and a massive infected space hopper strolles onto the field, followed by the rest of his squad moving back into cover.
nurgle space hopper to the rescue!
shooting; and the only thing that can see a target the obliterators open up on some noisemarines and fail to get a single wound!
Back to combat and the GDN charges in to help out his
LD mates and between them banish the
GDS back to the warp!
the
LD manage to consolidate 4 towards the rhinos but the GDN is tired and only goes 2".

movement rhino moves to the one flank of the
LD and opens fire with twin linked combi bolter only managing to kill 1
in the other shooting my
NM on the objective fail to hit the oblits with there blastmaster yet again!

CSM turn 4
the oblits repositon themselves out of line of site for the blasmaster across the board while the deamons move in on the rhino carrying noise marines
shooting; the oblits fire multi melta's at the rhino but fail to crack it open.
this is followed by the GDN and LDN charging in, Due to the rhino moving 12" the deamons need 6 to hit but fail to connect with the
NM tank.
Noise marine turn 5
movement the rhino moves flatout toward the
CSM objective getting within 3 inches of it and parking up nicely.
shooting the chhamp pops his head out of the top hatch and spies some black legion and lets rip with the doom siren reducing them to charred pulp!
the squad of Nm on my objective take shots at the
LD with sonic blasters and blastmaster and manage only 1 kill!
no combat!
CSM turn 5
the lesser deamons of nurgle start legging it back to there objective but are just too far even with a reasonably good run roll.
whilst the GDN aproaches the
NM rhino for a second try.
Shooting the oblits take another shot at the rhino with melta guns and manage to blowup the combi melta but not destroy it.
combat. and the greater deamon charges in and this time manages to get a wrecked result forcing the
NM to jump out at the last second!

NM finaly get kicked out of the ride and appear to have arrived reasonably safely.
The game ends on a roll of a 1 (thanks fozz)
and is a Noisemarine win with me holding 1 objective and contesting another and the enemy holding 0 and contesting 1
any way so thats my first battle report hopefully it wasnt as terrible as i fear,
