Hi guys, I'm a little bit confused as how marks of chaos work in reference to the abilities conveyed by a daemon weapon.
I won't even ask about the topic of abaddon(he tends to get debated quite heavily)

But more specifically

when you have a daemon weapon with a mark of say khorne, does this overwrite the ability conveyed by having no mark or would you receive 2d6 attacks at +1 strength?

thanks a bunch

n/a

The mark would give you that specific daemon weapon, so no they would not stack. It would only be the Mark of Khorne daemon weapon.

Yes. The "Daemon Weapon" in the box is only used for characters with NO mark of Chaos. There is no stacking. You would receive 2d6 extra attacks at S value (or, alternatively, 1/3 of the time you punch yourself in the eye).

There's just an acre of you fellas, isn't there?

It tells you that the +1S is only for lords with no mark - you are not a lord with no mark so it does not apply to you.
