Are you playing 4th ed? The tailisman does nothing in 5th since there is no bonus for outnumbering. (not to mention
DE are small elite units and it wasn't useful in 4th.)
After that you need a power weapon on this guy, poison blades are just a poor mans agoniser.
Next on the chopping block is the haywire grenades, animus, and the terrorfex. (and the jetbike if you take my advice later)
Now what to add to him? SHADOWFIELD!! and and agoniser / splinter pistol, or punisher / tormentor helm.

While not a bad selection in games around 1750, at 1500 I wouldn't run them. I feel you really should max out all other
FoC before going for the bikes. Also it looks like all of your troop selections are going to be relatively stationary. If that is the case with or without turbo boost these bikes are going to die on turn 2.
If for some reason you really want them, you are going to have to make some changes to the rest of the list.

My personal choice of troops, the only thing you need to do is drop the 2 extra warriors. If someone targets them 2 more wounds will do nothing for you. It just waste points. Also drop the dis on the raider and take a
DL, It's more tactically advantageous to have specilzed units as opposed to units that are average on all accounts.

Add one more, change them all to 3 x Dis, and call it a day. You should never be close enough to use horrorex, and never far way enough to use nightshields (Missile launchers, lascannons, etc are all 48", your range is 36")

Total Roster Cost: 1497
Is very effective at what it does, sit and shoot until someone gets close, jump them with the wyches and dracon to tie them up, then fly 24" way and open fire for the rest of the game.
Now if you wanted to keep the bike theme going instead of a more stationary list, you need to drop the dracon for 3 heamons on bikes with scissor hands and destructor. Change all of the troops to splinter cannons, blaster, horrorfex boats, and add a ravager. With 3 heamons riding with a unit of three bikes the unit toughness becomes 5, and the heamons can split off and fry things with their templates when needed.
IMO not as effective in 1500 pts as the standard Kabal list, but its fun.
