Quick question concerning Independant Characters. What is the maximum number of Independant characters that can join a unit? I was under the impression that it was only one but when I tried to track it down in the BGB I could only find a reference where 2 IC can join up to form a super unit. That made me believe that more than 1 IC can join a unit at any time. Please correct me if I am wrong...I hate doing people in but I cant find a rule to counter my assumption

There is no maximum.

You can join as many as you want.

You could have 11 ICs joining one unit if you want - 9 priests plus your two HQ.
