My understanding is that the Warhammer Ancients 2 only had full army lists for Early Imperial Romans and Barbarians. There are sample lists for other armies, but not "army lists" per se. You can probably pick up the old supplements, like Armies of Antiquity which have the Ancient Greek list in it. They're still useable under the new edition.
As far as miniatures, I'd also point you to Immortal Miniatures (*edit - these are the ones you listed as "Warlord's", Warlord is apparently selling Immortal's product)

They have a new plastic Hoplite set, which could be done as Spartans, and also some Spartan minis.
Also, Victrix is making a plastic set of Hoplites which will have Greek and Spartan options,
iirc. The 3 ups were shown at Salute in the
UK this year, and looked 'very' good. I can't find the pics now.
