Hey, I was checking out the FW site and found this Tau Suit, with some strange weapons:

In the description, it says "The Fusion Cascade engulfs its target in powerful melta energy. It fires in bursts, meaning that despite each charge being less powerful than an Imperial equivalent, it can overwhelm its target through weight of fire."

Just a guess, but I'm thinking that it's gonna be either S6 AP1 Assault 2, Melta or S7 AP1 Assault 2, Melta, with the standard 12" meltagun range.

Does anyone know the official profile for these guns?

It was a D3 shot melta gun - the experimental rules were up there, but I didnt snag a copy before the site disappeared the downloads section.

With any luck, once the FW I(dio)T guys are back on their game, all of the useful stuff will be back as well.

Yes, IIRC it was a Assault D3 S6 AP1 Melta Weapon.

Yes Gwar is correct, the rules are in Imperial Armour Apocalypse II.

It's Range 12" S6 Ap1 Assault D3 per Cascade, so you can get 6 shots maximum.
