For school league for a kid I teach asking for an insane Blood Angels list

9 models, 2+ fnp all jumpy, i guess just stay away from hordes and hit and run anything on fringes and use cover well, please respond

sanguinary guard are overcosted, and dante maybe a bit extreme at this level. if you like an all jump army I've started an army that has a good amount of CC and anti tank and is quick.
