I am looking for HQ choice for my WH/SoB army list. Is Inquisitor Lord Karamazov worth his points? Is he any good?
Does anyone use him or go aginst him?

Inquisitor Lord Karamazov is a fun special character, but not really suited for competitive play.

He suffers from not being able to join squads, and Ws 4.

Don't let that stop you from trying him out in a game, as it could be fun to have him on the table.

I'd look at a Canoness for your more competitive HQ.
