As per title, any info on if this already exists, or PP's intention of making one?

Looking to get into the game, and the Scyrah [sic?] caught my eye, and from what I have gleaned, it seems their playstyle is right up my alley. So, is there any place to get either their rulebook or a battlebox?

EDIT: In case it wasn't clear, by rulebook I mean current MK.II rules and unit lists.

Retribution is a MkII only army. All stats and cards are updated for MkII, as is their Forces of Warmachine book. You don't need their force book to start, but it's a good deal for thirty bucks: full-color stats, tier lists, art, painting instructions, and fluff.

There's no battlebox for Ret, as Privateer is starting to move away from selling models in battleboxes, but the unofficial starting set is Kaelyssa as your warcaster, a Griffon light jack, a Chimera arc node light jack, and a Heavy Kit built as a Manticore.

Aside from models, you will need:

1. A copy of Warmachine Prime MkII (The rules, includes painting instructions and stats for basic units for the four major factions).
2. At least 6 d6s (six sided dice). It helps if one is a different color.
3. Some tokens or counters to mark focus.

I also recommend:

1. A set of Warmachine templates
2. Forces of Warmachine: Retribution of Scryah

Adeptis Rahn? quick note: Adeptis is his title, so he's generally called Rahn.

Easily one of if not the best of the Ret casters. His best friend is the Chimera, a nice little Arc Node that's hard to pin down. Do a fair amount of research on his spell lists and the all the effects each spell carries with it. Understanding and getting the most impact out of his spells is where Rahn shines (and hence why the Chimera is his favorite pet). A unit of Houseguard Halberdiers with Polarity Shield cast on them makes for a good screen. House Shyeel Battle Mages and Magisters get a nice buff from his feat. Telekinesis and Force Hammer are great spells for getting enemy casters within melee threat range of units like the Mage Hunter Assassin. Force Field is a great upkeep spell and renders Rahn immune to alot in addition to protecting friendlies from Area of Effect weapons.

Rahn is fantastic, as Mastershake said, but his only issue is that he's a bit tough to wrap your head around if you're just starting Warmachine. A lot of his spells are situational, and learning where and when they're useful is 90% of playing him. It's not enough to discourage anyone from picking him starting out, though.
