Damn good list, i play something similer.

My list dosen't have Oblits but mines is a "strictly non-competetive" list, and i play it from a "fluff is cool" point of view.

Looks like a Khorne list.

I'd say that a small squad of terminators with some combi-melta would be better than the Wing-prince.

Obliterators are in 2 squads of 2?

Kharn: decent.
Prince: decent for the Khorne theme.

Zerkers are ok, but extra armor is only needed on rhinos.
7 Zerkers, get at least a power weapon on them or a fist...not taking the special weapon (even with Kharn) is asking for him to roll more 1's...) .

LR is ok for being the Party Bus, but again, extra armor is enough.

Oblits are ...really out of place. I suggest the AC/LC preds instead.
