In the battle points, it talks about killing more HQ than your opponent.

If I have a company command squad in a chimera, are those two HQ units (Yes, I know they are separate units for killpoints).

How would you rule the chimera dying but not the CCS? +1 HQ dead?

Q: How many of a specific demographic group are required to carry out a simple task?
A: An arbitrary number. One to carry out the task in question, and the remainder to act in a manner stereotypical of the group.

If it was bought as an HQ choice, I'd count it...

When someone smiles at me, all I see is a chimpanzee begging for its life.

I would believe it counts the same as any other dedicated transport. Regardless of if its bought by a HQ.

I'd go with no, because dedicated transports do not take up an HQ slot.

A dedicated transport counts as the same slot as the unit it was bought for - so HQ for an HQ unit.

Yes, it is an HQ unit.
