Alright dakkaites, I'd like a bit of input:
I've been playing with this list for about 3 months now, and it has taken me about that long to get it to work just right, and it has become quite successful. But, recently my confidence in it has been....shaken (thanks internet). Anyway, so I decided to come here and see what you all think of it. Any obvious weaknesses etc and what army(ies) can I expect to have the most difficulty facing. But, most importantly, here's the list:
HQ: 580
-Eldrad: 210
-5 x warlocks: 165
--2 x embolden, 3 x destructor
-Fuegan: 205
Elites: 80
-5 x dragons: 80
Troops: 520
-10 x avengers: 120
-Wave serpent: 130
--spirit stones, TL EML
-10 x guardians: 125
--scatter laser, embolden warlock
-10 x guardians: 125
--scatter laser, embolden warlock
Fast attack: 194
-7 x swooping hawks: 194
--exarch, sun rifle, sky leap, intercept
Heavy Support: 495
-3 x falcons: 495
--Holo-fields, spirit stones, turret shuriken cannon
Usual battle plan is Eldrad & warlocks are in 1 falcon, the dragons in a second, and Fuegan in a third. Guardians deploy in available cover or possibly come on from reserves (for example against a pod army). Hawks are deployed as deemed necessary (either on the table if able to relatively safely, coming on from the edge if my opponent is coming to me with fast vehicles, or deepstriking if they have no necessary vehicle targets yet cannot deploy safely).
Eldrad's adaptability is his reason for inclusion (along with 3 powers) since he can guide the falcons, doom opponents &/or fortune the warlocks or vehicles. The amount of support he can supply is incredible, and the squad of warlocks adds both anti vehicle and anti light/med infantry (along with being relatively resilient).
Fuegan is a hard hitting model that is quite survivable (please let's not go into extensive argument about this. Yes he's expensive and has no invulnerable save but the amount of firepower he soaks up in addition to being able to easily ruin near every vehicle in the game and still be decent in cc makes him quite powerful, and I've near constantly used him to great success). He adds in a very survivable unit, along with some rather reliable anti tank and some assault ability (avoiding terminators etc.).
The dragons are rather obvious. Deploy and fry a heavy tank. I've actually been quite successful at keeping them alive as well.
Avengers are good anti infantry, and with the serpent are a mobile scoring unit. In addition it adds in a high strength shot to help deal with vehicles at range (mainly transports).
Guardians I've also had good success with. With embolden they can stay put rather well, and with scatter lasers can be a bit of a threat to a lot of enemies (mainly light vehicles and infantry). In addition if anything comes close the warlock and the pile of shuriken fire can do a good amount of damage.
Hawks, though a lot of people advise against, I've actually had some good success with. With intercept they can handle most vehicles with haywires (when I say "handle" I mean shake/stun/take off a gun or two most commonly). Their range and maneuverability means they can target most things on the map, and with doom can actually do some decent damage (especially to lightly armored things like tyranids, orks and guardsmen). Sky leap means they are rarely in a place I don't want them to be.
Falcons I find are far more resilient than wave serpents. With holo-fields they rarely suffer lasting damage and even rarer are destroyed. The pulse lasers also provide good anti vehicle fire against AV13 or lower.
I can't really say a usual strategy I use because (at least to me) it seems to change with each game. However I have the ability to stay far back shooting at assaulty/short ranged armies with a decent amount of S8 fire, or I can move in close to hit shooty armies. However, in most games I tend to not kill very much until about turn 4. But at that point I tend to remove a lot of units very quickly.
So, what are your guys' opinions (as I asked above)?

Well, I think that you need 1 more Elites choice. Elites tend to come in handy. Maybe Striking Scorpions.

Well first off kudos on doing good with that list, it speaks volumes of your tactical skill.
I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for as far as feedback but I'll give you a few things to mull over.
Troops - You have 3 scoring troops, 2 of which are foot units that are very susceptible to assault and the 3rd that is offensively built to shoot things. In a 5 objective game that screams "go for the draw"
Falcons - You have 165pt Falcons eating up your heavy slots, equipped with a short range and long range mix, fulled full of assault units, and the tanks probably spend the better part of the game shaken. While it sounds good that they are resilient you have to think about the fact that you are spending 50 more points over a Scatter Laser Serpent that is made to get in the assault range thanks to it's ability to negate melta. Add to that the fact that the falcon comes stock with a 48" range gun stock you are wasting it's capability of being a long range gunboat and staying out of your enemy's range. For 115pts you can do essentially the same thing as a falcon but cheaper and not being shaken the whole game.
Swooping Hawks - While you may be having some luck with these guys and actually seeing an assault or shooting some guys... you have to face the fact that you are paying 194pts to do so. That is a Wave Serpent with Fire Dragons or Dire Avengers. That is a fully kitted out Falcon. That is 2 Wraithlords. While it may seem like they actually do decent every now and then, you have to think of their cost effectiveness.
Foot Seer council - I'm sure these guys get out and make a mess of a vehicle or flamer a single squad... but once again you have to look at the cost effectiveness. That is 165pts of locks and 210 for Eldrad. Even with fortune you are looking at a 25% chance to fail a save on the locks and at T3... that is a lot of incoming wounds from basic gun fire. A 375 6 man unit should be a massive deathstar unit, not 10 non-power weapon attacks a 2 power weapon, non-fleet, T3, etc
Fuegan - I won't harp on this one, but once again look at cost effectiveness. 205pts is a pile, but to his benefit if he isn't being hit by power weapons he is a pain to take down. That 205 however could be a lot more useful elsewhere.
Now with all that being said, you at least have a mix of models that can be very cost effective in a bit different configuration.
Eldrad (rides with a Dire Avenger Falcon unit)
5 Fire Dragons
Wave Serpent w/ TL Scatter Lasers
10x guardians w/ Scatter Laser + Embolden warlock
10x guardians w/ Scatter Laser + Embolden warlock
5x Dire Avengers (In Falcon)
5x Dire Avengers (In Falcon)
4Swooping Hawks + Exarch w/ Sunrifle, Skyleap
3x Falcon w/ EML, Stones, Holofields
This configuration comes up to 1462 pts leaving 388pts for 2 serpents for the Guardians (240 w/ EMLs) and 148pts to pick up another DA squad for the 3rd falcon or another unit from a lon list of choices. The falcons are now 48" triple s8 gscoring gun boats. The hawk squad is 40pts cheaper and can rubber hawk till an open to land and do nearly the same amount of damage. The Dire Avengers lose their single high volume firing but in exchange give you 2 more high speed scoring vehicles. The Dragons can move up field still, but aren't wasting the weaponry of the Falcon. Eldrad will find stays out of Hood Range much better while still providing plenty of support by guiding and fortuning the Falcons.
All in all you will go from 3 scoring units and 4 tanks to 5 scoring units and 6 tanks, more long range firepower, and a safer delivery of your guardians.

Going to have to agree with blue dagger. Those changes keep the essence of your army the same but optimise it to get the most out of that mech/foot hybrid. Its actually nice to see advice on eldar army lists that isn't "everything but 3 x dragon wagons is rubbish".

my thoughts drop fuegen and the locks
put eldrad with your attackers in a serpent load up on more serpents
drop falcons and hawks for fire prisms
the reason being is eldar can dish out ALOT of dmg but cant generally take a hit so when you attack you need to be sure to either A WIPEOUT what your shouting at to minimise retaliation or stay in melee for a while I like the former
now keep in mind local meta and how you like to play any list can mean more than the "right list"
I like the prism DA guide doom bladestorm back with either meltas or banshees with prism support at the 1500 point level but thats me
