I was missing a part for a landraider I picked up and friend said GW will send me a replacement and I just need to call and give them a number off the box. Problem is the number half scratched off and I cant read it any one know if they must have this number to get a replacement part. I would just call them and ask but they are only mon-fri on the phone.

I've never been able to find the number they want on their boxes, so i imagine it won't be an issue.

It's not the most uncommon problem - just tell them that and they won't really care. Make sure to make an account with Games Workshop first, it speeds up the process.

I've had to call them once or twice, just tell them that you can't read the batch number and they will send you a replacement w/o hesitation, it should arrive in 3 buisness days, or 5 depending.
