In the Swap Shop, I was wondering if there is any way to make Transaction Reports feel...more civil and less like People's Court?
Cases in point:

Cases to argue against my point:
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/263239.page#1107717 http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/60/265838.page These cases were handled with civility and did not require the heavy hand of moderation or got troublesome to read. In one case, a person went out of their way to resolve the issue and ergo made the whole thread one of a positive sign for humanity.
I guess what I am asking is is there any way to present the information of the case and avoid all the juicy bits? I've seen the recent Transaction Report rage on for days on the Swap Shop and it seems to drunkely climb up again and again as an eyesore to which many people have seen the bitterness going back and forth.
Perhaps a suggestion? Maybe have the information pass to a moderator and then he/she/it presents it on behalf of the person who needs to resolve an issue.
Thanks ahead of time for looking at this!
