Hey there Dakka.

Up in Seattle, we are having a Cities of Death competition. It's 700 points. The only special rule is you HAVE to own the cities of Death book to get stratagems. I dont own the book, and my current financial situation restricts me from purchasing one. Would my blood angels have a chance without a single stratagem, or would it be a slaughter house, and there would be no point in me going.

And could someone give me an overview of missions/ gametype changes?

You don't have any friends who also have the book? Or a store copy you can leaf through ahead of time?
