So how many storm bolters can a rino have, if Im reading right its two one for the wargear anf one for 10 points. So what is it

Well, they always have at least 1. however i am curious about this too, because as i read it there is no "limit" to how many SB's a rhino can take.

You are limited to 2 stormbolters total, after taking a second you have already taken that option, so it's no longer available on the wargear list to add.

The max you can have is 2.

More importantly, why would you add extra points to something that dies when you shoot Plasma Guns at it?

They are given the option of taking a (single) storm bolter upgrade.

So the max is two.
