In August, the immortal legions of the Ruinous Powers - the Chaos Daemons - will pour forth once more from the Realm of Chaos to drown the Warhammer world and the galaxy of the 41st Millennium beneath a tide of blood and destruction. Even now, mystics are assailed by nightmarish visions of horror and death, the fractured minds of madmen echo with sibilant whispers, and the doomed clutch symbols of their weak gods closer to them.
A host of incredible new Citadel miniatures for both Warhammer 40,000 Chaos Daemons armies and Warhammer Daemons of Chaos armies will soon be released upon mortal battlefields. All will be revealed in July here on the Games Workshop website and in August's issue of White Dwarf magazine, so keep an eye out for more information.

If they're not bringing back the old, awesome deamonettes, or bringing out new ones that don't look like ass, colour me uninterested.

Have to agree, The topless Daemonettes embodied Slaanesh better than the new ones.

I think the concept of the new Daemonettes (Torso half female, torso half male) is interesting, but the execution is absolutely awful.

Can't think of anyway to implement the idea without it looking bad, however.

Ditch the corsets and make it topless, have the male half sharply defined musclewise, have the female half be taut, but almost undefined, don't overtly divide the sides except at the abdominals and breast/pec, make the head not look like somebody's hit it several times with a 2 by 4, make it androgynous, male side arms don't have claws but have something like a gauntlet that's still recognisably a hand, female side arm ditches the crab claws and has one talon, which is more like a blade than something I'm more worries about crushing me to death than slitting my throat.

Lower body, I'm not so fussed, keep the hoofed foot and fethed up bone structure. Keep the skin smooth. If people want scales, herpes rashes they can add them on pretty easily.

I am really disappointed in GW. I play DE I wanted them to come out this August we've had so many vague hints and nudges and now they come out and go "well really meant chaos daemons". All I am seeing from GW is dollar signs for one 8th edition fantasy is coming out soon so if they make plastics for the most competitive army in fantasy, Daemons, then they can make money off of this and still call it a 40k release as well. But wait Every army needs a rival so september/Nov here comes the GK! Sorry for the rant but that's just how I see it, I want to blame GW but I know they are just trying to make money and this was a smart move.
