Can anyone help me please???

I'm a long time player of WM (Cygnar, Khador and Ret) and I've just started out playing Hordes in the last 12 months (Trolls) and I'm thinking of starting a Skorne army.

Even after looking at Battlecollege, i'm struggling to find out how they actually play.

Any pointers???

Probably Nurgle, Africa has the lock on that.

I use Zap Brannigan's art of war and try to jam enough wreckage in their main cannon so it won't work.

Skorne is an odd mix of Protectorate death attrition and Trollblood Synergy. The
emphasis is still on close combat. Their fast moving elements are the Bloodrunners and
the Ferox Cavalry.

Paingivers are your choir/mechanics/fury management.

If you want to use Ancestral Guardians, then you should consider Extollers,
Swordsmen, and Immortals. The Immortals and Guardians buff each other and
Swordsmen are the cheap line infantry that providess the souls. Extollers can be a
soul bank or they have (had?) a LOS buff for models/units.

If you want elite troops, Cetrati are your defensive high ARM shield wall multi-wound
infantry. They can hold the line while your other troops wrap around the edges and
flank or harass.

The first two models I consider for Skorne lists are the Krea and the Cannonneer. I don't actually
know what they do in MK2. In MK1 the krea protected you from ranged attacks while the
cannonneer provided you with long range threat and a good defensive animus.
