Where the Helmet is

Years ago I spray painted all my Space Wolves' vehicles in Shadow Grey. Does anyone know a source for this spray paint since it seems discontinued. ( Just returning to 40k after a 10 year hiatus). Or Dark angels Green, for that matter?

Thanks

The rarefied atmosphere

That's a real arse. No idea why the discontinued the colours. They were dead good. I loved BA red and DA green. The thing of course is that the sprays didn't match the pots at all well! Especially for DA green.

Onto your question though. The only stuff that is close are the Army Painter sprays. Their web page is good and shows the paints and colours very well with big pics. I don't know if they do a space wolf grey though.

Other posters might know some kylon colours but I don't have any experience with them.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

No such luck as far as finding any spray CLOSE to Shadow Grey.

AP Red might come close or maybe even Krylon flat or satin red but SG will be next to impossible to get in can form. The only real way to spray SG is to get some SG, thin it out and airbrush it.

I picked up the Army Painter Armor Grey, expecting a flat, darkish grey paint. When I used it on some minis, it was noticeably lighter, with an almost bluish tint. I don't think its the same as Shadow Grey though.

I recently picked up the Army Painter Red, for my Romans, and it is "Red", not that orange-red that was GW's Blood Angel Red spray.
