Firstly I've not really posted many figs on Dakka before (mainly because I don't really paint much). What I have posted has tended to be unpainted kitbashes and conversions. Here are the three models that I've actually finished painting, as well as a couple of conversions I'm quite fond of. Thanks for viewing. Pics are... not top quality, but definitely not bottom barrel. Grain of salt, please. Taken with a phone camera. 5MP phone camera, but still a phone camera. Only so much it can do.
I appreciate comments and criticism. Yes, I don't drill barrels mainly because on the chapter master I sucked so badly at it I didn't bother repeating a horrendous error. Otherwise, I don't care about them. Some of my lines are a bit thick. I'm working on this. Still, I feel I'm making dramatic improvements over how I used to paint.
Oh, and I do use purity seal. I like the slightly glossy look on the finished product. I know, I'm one of only a few.

Counts as Kayvaan Shrike

Niles Stormcaller (my name for Njal. I just like the name Niles). I thank my spouse for her positive feedback on the colour scheme. The bluish black of the pelt would not have been possible without her ideas but I think really makes the model pop.

Chapter Master Zaccharius Crane

Wolf Guard With Dual Thunder Hammers -An especially complex conversion. Left hand was originally storm bolter hand, cut off bolter and cut second thunder hammer off another space wolf termi set and glued into place... surprisingly difficult but came off well.

Chaplain Ironclad Dreadnought with Crozius Infernum. Crozius made from plasticard tubing, a rhino top hatch and various bits.

I really like everything, but it looks like you should find some way to keep your camera sturdy when you're taking pictures. I have a small, cheap tripod, but you could easily just use a stack of books or paint pots. That, and also your color balance seems a little off in some of the pics as well.
<3 that Crozius, though.

photos were actually taken at different times of day in different lighting, hence the colour balance issues. You're right though. I do need something to stabilize. I'd use my digital SLR but the memory card in it is not formatted properly and has photos I don't want to delete just yet. That would definitely improve the quality of the pics.

Indeed, quality of the pics could do with improving, other than that, looking good. The scheme on Njal is.... interesting

Wow those models are shiny... might want to hit them with a Matte Sealer like Testors Dullcote.

That dreadnought is awesome though... love the weapon, is he a furioso librarian? He has 3 penis's too lol.

All of them, very nice. I'd love to see the Wolf guard painted though.

"Your final doom is upon you... mortals!"
"Yeah yeah. That's what your Psi Brigade said too."
"No... No, he's not a demon lord."
"How do you know?"
"He doesn't dress cool enough."

The chaplain dread is awesome, love the pose. Get rid of the milti-wang though! I also agree that some of your minis look very shiny, and would benefit from a matte coat
