How should I build my 2 PCS? I was thinking buying two infantry squads and a CCS, and using the commander's chest options to show the PCs apart from a normal sergeant. Would this be a good idea? How have other people made their PCS?

You should probably just buy a normal squad and a command squad, that is what I did on mine and it turned out pretty well.

One squad plus a command squad should be enough. There are certainly enough bits to make 2 models who are clearly officers, then how about each squad having a vox and 3 special weapons? I think GLs or flamers would be best - because the squad has no rifle carriers to act as spare bodies, expensive plasma guns and meltas are likely to be wasted points.

Imperial Guard: 4000 pts

Basically all anyone would want is one clear officer and 4 regular guardsmen - you're really not going to be able to differentiate them other than paint some sort of command insignia on them.

This is one of my command squads:

The commander is pretty clearly special, but his retinue are indistinguishable from regular guardsmen.

THanks everyone! Will post pics as soon as I can order (which is unfortunately after my birthday)
