What do you guys use to adhere the fiddly little bitz on Oblits and Zooeys? Too small to pin, to irregular for super glue except when I'm lucky.

So is it greenstuff then?

Best bet, try your hardest to glue it, when it dries then yes work some green stuff around it. It happened to a painting competition model of mine, horn kept falling off so i just tossed it. that was before i knew HOW to green stuff properley

I pinned everything on my obliterator, Gale Force 9 do a pinning kit with a drill bit small enough to use on the blades and the brass rod is a perfect fit. Fiddly, annoying, but doable. Afterward I went over with green stuff to cover gaps and smooth it out but the pinned bits stayed pinned.

Can I suggest skipping forward 10 years to the age where you don't really care about what people say on the internet. Studies show that it decreases your anger about life in general by 37%. - Flashman

Filla-glu worked fine on my Zoanthropes. You can see it used in the Beasts of War youtube channel, such as the Hive Tyrant and Hierophant build videos.

Never had a problem glueing Zoanthrops (and metal Gargoyles). Must be that I always use 2 part epoxy glue that automatically fills all gaps.

I use an epoxy putty/greenstuff for crud that just doesn't quite glue right. It has the added benefit of filling gaps that the metal models always seem to have.

It's sort of tricky to get the joint looking right though. I certainly have not mastered it, but I've only had to do it on Nurgley and vehicles so I've been able to mask my ham-handed work pretty well.

I'm not like them, but I can pretend.

Observations on complex unit wound allocation: If you're feeling screwed, your opponent is probably doing it right.
