two tac's
ass termies TH/SS in LRC w/ chronus
Land Speeder
dreadnought in droppod

chose his dark angels list
which included...

that one special character the gives termies as troops
another different character (Azarel or something)
3x terminator squads
one tac
a LRC
a predator
6 bikes and an attack bike

termies deep strike in open terrain

another deep strike


two LC shots from the pred destroy my LRC

the termies make it out


another LC from his tac takes out my speeder
my greatest hope goes down

two kill points first turn

TURN ONE PART TWO


end of movement


dreadnought comes down right behind the LRC



Termies and chronus mop up the attack biker
i stun the crew in the pred

and thats about it

SCORE 1-2

TURN TWO PART ONE


bikers come up on my tac
fire their bolter in my midst

that's what's left


the termies exit the LRC and start to assault my termies


More termies move into cover


Termies spread out


ass cannon takes out two of my termies


bikers assault (and they are assaulting, though it doesn't look like it)


he wipes up the rest of my terminator squad

SCORE 1-4

TURN TWO PART TWO

i deep strike my vanguard in an attempt to do a heroic intervention

and...

BAM!
right on target


drop pod comes down with cassius and sternguard
and you can see the rest of my vanguard


massed fire from my sternguard takes out a few termies


storm bolter off the first drop pod takes out a tac
WOOT!


bikes are close to finishing off my tac



what's left of my vanguard
i took out that character though

TURN TWO PART TWO

i sounded the tactical retreat
at this point it would have just been too much to continue
plus i wanted to play another game with my eldar

i had fun
i'm glad that we're going to be partners in the doubles tourney
i think we have a chance of winning

Good but, why is are the Dark Angels red?

One of the Dark Angel successor chapters had gray power armor and Red robes.

Awesome game! and very nicely painted armies.

Boo. all the picture links are busted I can't see any of them.

Guardians of the Covenant
he decided that if regular dark angel termies are tan to match their robes
then they would be red to match the guardians robes

NIce, battle reports with pics are always better.
