Ur best off GSing a cap onto ur minis, maybe Catachan heads? or have a look at the GW IG heads n thier Bitz section.

I used a ton of baseball caps in my Catachan army, and I've never found any model that's got one sculpted on - GSing them was pretty easy though.

i don't like catachan heads (yes there is the seargent in with this cap, but it isn't good for my project :( )

Yeah, or just use your regular cadian heads. Carve off their helmets with a hobby knife and then GS a hat back on. This will take some work, but it's going to be WAY cheaper than clipping off the heads of necromunda models, or whatever.

Can I ask why on earth you want your army to be wearing baseball caps?
