Quik question, I found the section about upkeep spells alittle fuzzy. Can you have the same upkeep spell on multiple units, or does the first one expire, when you cast it a second time ?

it still enables somewhat of a cycling of the spell on seperate units a round though. Let me show you a example:
Asphyxious (gaspy) has scything though. I believe it is 2 focus to cast. It grants +2 to damage rolls. Let's say he has the following list:
Gaspy
- slayer
- bonejack
- skarrlock
mechthralls
banethralls
If the mechthrarlls have the spell from the previous round then Gaspy upkeeps it. The thralls charge and wreck a jack or take a unit down a notch.
Then gaspy activates and casts it on the banethralls (which makes it expire on the mechthralls), who then go to town.
Finally the Skarlock (who can cast a spell of the caster costing 3 or les) casts it on the slayer who proceeds to wreck face. (This then makes scything touch expire on the banethralls.)
I hope the example was clear enough for you...

Upkeep was the codename of the bouncing bomb used on the Ruhr Dam raids in May 1943 by 617 RAF Squadron Avro Lancasters.
Peter Jackson is currently making a film of the story which was also filmed in good old black and white in the 1950's.
Was a light hearted jest and not intended as trolling
