I keep reading in some tactics that wraith guard are scoring units. How is this possible, I only thought troops where scoring units guardians/DA/RNG/Jet bikes and that's it.
IIRC you can take them as troops if the have Spirit Seers or something. It says either under their entry in the Army list or on the page that describes them.
If you take 10 of them & a spiritseer it not only COUNTS as a troop choice on your FOC; but also becomes a troop choice & is a scoring unit. All in keeping up with the ...... Aliotic?? fluff.

This is a true story. Hardly anyone does it cause the unit ends up costing like 400 points.
yea, Eldar was my only minor loss in ard boyz here in Florida. Wraith guard are jerks. I didn't realize how bad they were and landed my drop pod within 10" of eldar dudes 10 man unit and they killed the hell outa my guys then continued to to waltz down the field and blow away two dreads and an assault squad before a 3rd dread got into combat with them.
Wraith guard (like many things) don't do so hot against dreads in combat, but alas they easily made their points before i could pin them down.
