I'd go for naked Prisms as they will not be the enemy's premium targets.
The DA's should have blade storm and the Serpents shuricannons or scatterlasers.
The Farseer needs both runes if you play in a competitive environment;
runes of witnesses are mandatory vs. Nids these days.

Dragons in a Falcon is a bad combo, long range gunship that should be moving at 6" vs having to get in the enemy's face to drop off dragons.

You have 3 packs of bladestorm, but only enough farseer power to support 1. For Bladestorm DA to be effective against MEQ you really need guide and doom on them when they fire.

@ Wuestenfux - What makes you think that the prisms aren't premium targets? Without them there is almost no MEQ killing ability in this list.

What blue dagger said about pretty much everything. Downgrade one of the squads to a 5 man DAVU squad.
Holo on Prisms are not needed imo, try to keep them out of range instead.

I would not leave home without 2 squads of dragons at 1500pts

Due to their very long range, Prims can be kept in the back field and only a few weapons can eventually target them.
