Fine then: Thousand sons-Tough, shooty, but slow. They're an elite force thats low on numbers, and aren't great in combat, but can throw out a terrifying amount of firepower. I got into them because they have a cool backstory in the Horus heresy, and give me a good opurtunity to include some nastybad Space wolves in my army.
Howling griffons: Yellow and red marines are cool. 'nuff said.
Dark Angels: Not in the best of positions codex-wise at the minute, sadly. I am one of those people who uses the right codex for the right army, but it is so tempting to use the vanilla rules for what is basically the same army. Still, they have a tendency to have plenty of plasma weaponry, and can field powerful all Terminator or all Biker armie.And they just look awsome.

They are very cool. A lot of people just think they're homosexual dress-wearing emo's, but they're backstory is far too masculine for them to be anything like that.

What armies do you have? What kind of playstyle do you prefer? What do you like to paint? How willing are you to work with metal? How long have you been playing?What kind of armies have you been playing? What looks cool to you, and what doesn't? All these questions are really important in deciding an army. It's probably best to decide yourself rather than ask a bunch of strangers on the Internet to randomly suggest whatever they like best.

Also work on your spelling and grammar a little. It will make your future posts easier to read.

hay man im working on a Salamander army and they are fun they have a cool back story for fluff and they are not that tricky to paint also the flamer megga melter combo is nice. all the artificer armer and weapons are fun and nice.

If you already have an army and want to get creative tyranids, orks and chaos demons have plenty of room to hone your painting skills and do a lot of cool conversions. Battleforces are only 90 bucks so just pick one up and paint them up if you like the look and like how they play get more if not trade with some one at your FLGS or put it up on ebay.
