A couple of things I notice straight off the bat;

- Not a huge fan of the setup on the lord, is he going to be a fearbomb, melee champ or your armies backbone? In either case I would tool him more to fit any of these roles.

- Lower your units of Necron warriors to 10 a pop, alot of really fast unit in todays game and with I2 you're going to get swept. Stings alot less when you're only losing 10 models.

- Love the destroyers

- Flayed ones are alright, I'm assuming you're outflanking them and going after soft vehicles/scouts?

- 5 Pariahs, sure, I've never liked Pariahs simply because they're not Necrons....run em with the lord and make him a Fearbomber.

- 1 Heavy Destroyer is going to get shot down faster than anything, no chance of getting back either if he truly gets ripped apart, I'd field more or none.

- I like the monolith in this list, especially with the sheer amount of warrior units.

Warriors, Lord and Monolith is all you need...At least thats what I think

The challenge: in a 1500pt game I will play 900pt + D6x100 pts, if I roll a 6 I reroll and -100 to that second number (down to 1000pt minimum)

Was going to have him run with the Pariahs and veil in and out of combat with them but maybe I should add a shroud for that cause of the 7 leadership

Should I add another squad or two because of the lower amount?

They are just two fun not to have.

Yup exactly

Add shroud to lord I'm assuming.

Run 2 or a full squad of 3?

I like the lith in any list lol it is just awesome in a box.

In His Heaven.

Yup, gotta agree with Krados.

Definitely drop the Heavy Destroyer, he isn't going to do much on his own. Wouldn't really recommend pariahs either.

Immortals (Maybe), Warriors, Monolith(s) Lord.

Maybe your grandiose vocabulary is a pathetic compensation for an insufficiency in the nether regions of your anatomy.

That would be amazing, but it doesnt work that way sadly. VoD only allows for "Necrons" to be teleported around :(

I'd run 3x10 and 1x15 (or ofcourse if you have the models run 5x10)

Run 2 or a full squad of 3?

I'd never run heavy destroyers in squads, the way people usually run H. Destroyers is one per unit while keeping the seperate units 6" apart from eachother to benefit from WBB while not running the risk of getting over 200 points swept and or fleeing off the board. This would require some retooling in your list to accomodate the FOC however.

H. Destroyers - I'd run 3 or none at all. One just has too little chance to do anything, where as 3 will give you a solid group that can afford to take a wound. EDIT: Actually yeah, if you have the extra HS slots, then spread them out, they can always still fire on the same target...I just rarely have more than 1 HS slot available.

Warriors - take 4 ten-man squads and put the points of the other 5 into something else, maybe some scarab bases. Scarabs can be pretty versitle as screening units, tarpits, or the occasional transport interruption if you slap DF on em.

Pariahs - Too slow to be of much use imho. If they could teleport around with the lord, DS, or portal through the mono, they'd be a lot of fun...but really all they ever seem to accomplish for me these days is to be a static counter charge unit on a rear objective.

Other than that, just make sure you fill up that last FA slot. Our best units are in there and personally I never build a cron list without making sure I've got all 3 filled with something that works with the rest of the army.

I REALLY have a hard time figuring out what the hell they were thinking when they were making Pariahs. They basically alienated them from the rest of the army. This would be alright if they were some sort of super unit, but they're really not. Did they playtest those guys at all? I like the models so I'll bring a few to protect my Warriors, but wow they really dropped the ball with them.

Back when the phalanx was still a pretty viable way to play them, they could be useful, but these days they are just a point sink for the most part.

Freaky Flayed One

Hmm lets see here...

You'll need immortals for your lord to jump around with otherwise VoD isnt getting its best use and for 60 points theres better things to get.

Flayed ones look good I've been thinking about running them myself, just gotta find plastic converts for them...

Pariahs are useually never taken but if you use them right they will cause havoc , just make sure you keep them in cover or an ap 3 template will wipe them out.

Warriors need to be in squads of 10 so make 4 squads of 10, 3 troops in 2000 points seems to do fine for me but thats just me.

Destroyers are good, with the points you save from 5 warriors I'd get more destroyers.

Heavy destroyer as people have said run 3-9 or none.

monolith is all ways good no matter what you do with it.

If you find the points get a squad of scarabs they can tie up those anoying heavy weapon squads in the back and they can take a load of damage if they're in cover, my last game my 10 scarabs soaked up 1 round of shooting and stalled 2 squads in combat for 2 turns.

Hope this helps and GL.
