I'm new to this, and am getting thrashed constantly against some opponents:
Nemo
Centurion
Cyclone
Defender
Rangers
(I have a hunter on order, and am thinking of ordering some stormblades with the UA, and WA's)
The Khador beat me (first match against them, woodsmen wrecked the game for me).
Mercenaries (solo heavy) beat me constantly.
Scyrah (battle mage army) beats me by a hair's breadth.
So any suggestions on what to buy, or do against these troublesome foes?

Practice, practice, practice. I know this isn't a lot of help but it takes a while to get a hang of this game.
I would add some melee infantry to the list's you are using, sometimes you just need to smack your oponent in the face. Automatically Appended Next Post: Just a quick rundown on infantry, I like stormgaurd and swordknights personally. But you may have better luck with stormblades. I would also look into getting a lancer, it's arcnode can give you crazy threat ranges with Nemo's spells.

Lancer is a must with Nemo.
Oddly, I think you might have too many jacks for Nemo. He does really good making one jack a real beatstick, but he doesn't run a lot of jacks very well. eNemo has an easier time with multiple jacks.
If you add Stormblades, a Stormclad could be worthwhile addition.
Nemo is not the easiest caster to learn with - he's got poor DEF and ARM and is easy to assassinate. I'd thinking about getting Stryker, Haley, or Siege, all of whom are a little more straight forward to run and more forgiving.

Thanks guys, storm knights it is as far as more units go, and I will be purchasing a lancer very soon, after looking it up, and thinking heavily on it.
I am sure I will wipe the floor with the other Cygnar player though.
If I were to get another caster, it would be the epic form of Stryker most likely, his tiers are nice...

eStryker isn't exactly the easiest caster to learn the game with either. Stryker, Haley, and Siege are all a lot less complex. You're certainly welcome to go with eStryker, but I also hate to see someone get frustrated with the game and quit playing.
The key to winning at Warmachine is learning to manage your Focus. Nemo and eStryker both have lots of things they can do with theirs - how to run multiple jacks, when you need to Boost, when you don't; what spells to cast and when; when your caster should sit on their Focus, etc. Stryker, Haley, and Siege are all good middle of the road casters, that can do well by running a couple jacks, throwing out a couple spells, and keeping a couple Focus for boosts. They're a lot more forgiving to mistakes in the game, where Nemo and eStryker are more likely to 'win big and lose big'.

One of the problems with your Nemo list is a lack of models to trigger his Accumulator.
At minimum you should get a Journeyman Warcaster in there and then cast something every turn.
Remember Nemo runs best as an 11 focus caster (7 FOC + 3 Accumulator + Squire)

Yeah, though that is 7 points for 4 focus.

Might i suggest you add the Black 13th for their tool box abilities, Mage storm should keep solos and infantry at bay, also a ATGM with the UA jack marshalling either the defender of cyclone would be benificial.
