I mentioned this briefly in another post but was told that yes, the Death Strike is a One Shot Only weapon. But this isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the Codex: Imperial Guard that I have ISBN-13: 978-1841549231. Has it since been made OSO after the publication of the Codex? Do I have the wrong version of the Codex? I barley remeber in Warhammer Epic 40K there was a unit called the Death Stike Missle Launcher and I believe these artillary pieces were OSO but the current version doesn't seem to be. I would purpose that with the "T-minus..." rule the unit balances it self out, even though the Heavy Bolter cannot truley be destroyed unless your opponenet gets to choose what weapon goes :p.

Page 55, Codex: Imperial Guard. it says One Shot Only in it's Weapon "Type" and again on page 104 in the Summary.

You have the correct codex (since the Deathstrike hasn't been in any other Guard codex). You probably have just missed it while reading.

I'll have to check when I get home, I thought I was being pretty careful to read everything.
