Right heres an idea put a picture of an inspiring model for ideas
hopefully theres some good stuff like the megaboss at the local club that made me want to start orks

I really like these, both quite different but both very inspiring.
This one is one of my favourite 40k works ever, its so dif to what you normaly see.

If he thinks they are inspiring to him, then good for him.
I personally think my Guardsman gong toe to toe with an ork is inspiring, but some people have said that they look like they're gonna hug.
It's all opinionated, if someone thinks something is inspiring, then it's inspiring.
