how do i do blood drops; as in dripping off a weapon?

Well, it would be very hard to do, but my best suggestion would be to get a little tiny bit of green stuff and hang it off the weapon.

Use hot glue gun , when its half cooled off ,
take the glue gun tip and poke the place you want the blood drop to be, and slowly pull them apart so it turn into a string ( like pizza lol ) Trim it to the length you want and paint it red.

You want a little something called a two part epoxy resin.

Careful, epoxy often yellows with time. No idea what happens when it's painted though.
