K so Grey hunter squad with Wolf guard attached with rhino

does that equal 2 kill points 1 for troop and 1 for transport

or 3 kill points 1 for troop 1 for elite 1 for tranport???

I ran into this at a tournament this weekend. The space wolf FAQ covers this fairly well.

Basically, the guy that broke off is now "part of the unit he joined" so resolve kill points that way.

I had it ruled in a tournament that, he is an elites choice that joined the squad like an independent character.

Okay i see in the FAQ but what if lets say i take 4 wolf guard split them all up in my hunters and all 4 are killed ?? does that mean the elite choice of the 4 guard count as a kill point if there all dead?

that means that the unit doesn't exist anymore I think

The Wolf Guard pack leader becomes a member of the unit. He is NOT an IC. In short, Grey Hunters + Wolf Guard are 1 Kill Point.

You are so hung up on that. And, even if they did "nick" it from you, it was a handful of questions. I think I remember when you first started talking about it and your FAQ was like, 20% of theirs, by no means you "writing" their FAQ.

I am only pointing out as I have already had 2 emails asking me why I used Games Workshops FAQ in my ones.
