Just FYI, people have said that they've seen the new book in front of them, and say that its 25% Max for LORDS, and 25% Max for HEROES seperately, along with 25 mimimum core, 50% max for special, and 25% max for rare

Well that changes things... haha.

That's what I've heard, too... some people were bouncing around 15% rare, but I think it's 25% as Karon posted. Who really knows right now, though

I like the feel of the list! Also that you're taking a unicorn model- I just got one back from being painted and am itching to try it out . I'll probably run it as a level 2, though... it gets pricey quick!!
