Some people say don't use WL but i like them and wanted to add the Harlequins into a list as they seem cool, that's why this list was born. Now what ill be doing is probably siting the Har with the WW or WL so that if someone DS/ pods or rushes them, the harles will bail them out of trouble. One thing i was worried about was armour because i only have WL to take them out.

The Shadowseer is a must-have if the unit is foot slogging.

Definitely put a shadowseer in the other unit. As Wuesten said it honestly is a must if slogging.

Harlies units are an illegal config. You can only take 2 fusion pistols makes per squad.
Slap a HK on the seers as well, if play WYSIWYG they are terribly hard to model. Harlequins without HK fight like overpriced/underarmored scorpions

You have the guide/doom to support one Bladestorm pack. My suggestion is drop the 9man down to 5 and drop the exarch as the point could be better used elsewhere.

Another good reason to have the shadowseer is it is a psyker. Walking it within 6" of your wraithlords negates wraithsight.

Generally, I think that the list has too less synergy;
foot slogging WL's and War Walkers, Harlies on foot who can hardly be screened, and DA's in Serpents.
