Two HQs in 1000 pt games is too much.
I'd consider Lucius as he is a fluffy choice and take two NM units instead of one.

I was thinking about that. I could sub the Termi Lord for NM x5 w/ 1 Blastmaster for exact same pts. More firepower, I'll try that one.
