Hey folks, I jumped on the bandwagon a few weeks ago, and I enjoyed painting my angels encarmine. Anyways, I'm gonna play my first game with 'em in a couple of weeks. well, I was reading thier rules, and the red thirst rule was a little confusing. it says to roll a d6 for every unit. Now, it said nothing about units that split into combat squads. so my question is: do you roll a d6 for the whole unit and then split it into two combat squads, or do you split them into the combat squads and then roll for the red thirst for the two squads seperatley? Since it is done after deployment, you roll for each deployed combat squad separately.

Units kept in reserve that you may or may not combat squad only roll one dice for the whole unit, as they do not become 2 units until after they deploy, at which point their Red Thirst roll has already been made.
