Sorry if this has been asked before but I was looking through the WoC codex and noticed the Daemon Prince doesn't have anything listed as wargear has this been fixed or whats the deal with it?

He needs not mortal weaponry.

But he's not shown with a hand weapon or teeth and claws, so how do I handle that? Other than telling the person to use common sense?

Maybe I'm not understanding your question, but he niether has nor needs mundane equipment. If it makes you feel better, you can assume he has a hand weapon (as per BRB), but it's not really necessary.

Sorry if Im not being clear, sometimes what I think and what I say/type are two different things.

I was wondering about the DP's listing, he only has his special rules, sorcerer level options, and Chaos Gifts listed under his entry is says nothing about the equipment he may or may not have.

He doesnt HAVE any equipment; he's just assumed to have a handweapon to hit people with

Yes. Every model ever is assumed to have a hand weapon of some kind (even monsters and monstrous things...though some entries include colourful descriptions of their "hand-weapon equivalents"). So that's the only thing he has.
