Ok so BW with deffrolla pivots bringing the deff rolla into contact with models. Is this a legitimate tank shock?

And for that matter can you even pivot "into" another model in the first place.

Nope. In fact, it's specifically mentioned in the Tank Shock rules. Page 69, last sentence in the first column.

As stated, Page 69 makes it clear this cannot be a Tank Shock. As for Pivoting into another model, the only time this can happen is if the model begins in base contact with the tank. If they do, you can pivot, and they are just moved to be put pack into base contact.

Let me clarify.

The tank pivots to make contact with the enemy. Then it moves strait forward. I wasn't implying that pivoting was all the action the tank was wanting to do

So let me ask the question again in a clarified manner.

If a tank pivots, into the enemy with the intention of moving full distance after the pivot, does this count as tank shock?

Then moves forward.

The structure of the Tank Shock rules.

You are allowed to pivot in the direction that you want to go. Then you declare your movement, and move the tank. It's at that point (when you actually start moving the tank in the appropriate direction) that the rules introduce the test for units moved over. So from that point on, any unit moved over is tank shocked.

The initial pivot is not a part of the tank shock movement... it's just lining up the vehicle in the right direction.

Also, just a thought, maybe trim the edges of them screen shout a little? So the title bars don't show.
